Charlotte’s journey into beauty began at an early age, growing up in and around her father’s renowned hair & beauty salon. From a young age she developed a deep appreciation for the power of nurturing treatments — an intuition that would later become the foundation of her philosophy.
She went on to train at the London School of Beauty Therapy & Makeup, one of the UK’s most prestigious institutions, where she refined her craft and developed an instinct for what truly supports the skin’s natural vitality.
Her career took her across the world, working in diverse settings and gathering inspiration from global techniques and holistic practices. Eventually, she returned to London to establish her own practice in Primrose Hill, where her bespoke, age-defying organic facials quietly became sought after by some of the area’s most discerning — and recognisable — clients.

Now based in Cuckfield, Sussex, she brings together two decades of experience, intuition, and the latest skin enhancing technologies — to offer a new chapter of skin rejuvenation.

The Signature Facial
The Signature Facial is a high-performance, bespoke treatment designed to deliver visible results, combining advanced skin technologies with potent active ingredients. Every stage is customised by Charlotte to address your individual skin concerns.
The treatment begins with a deep-cleansing ritual using a gentle peel and steam to resurface and detoxify. This follows with a mask to treat specific concerns such as dehydration, dullness, sensitivity or loss of firmness. Facial acupressure is incorporated to stimulate microcirculation and improve oxygen delivery to the skin, followed by a firming facial massage to release muscular tension and enhance lymphatic drainage.
High-performance serums are then infused to maximise hydration and cellular renewal. The treatment is completed with Dermalux LED Light Therapy, clinically proven to support skin clarity, accelerate healing and stimulate collagen production.
For the 90-minute treatment, microcurrent technology is added to lift, sculpt and tone the facial muscles, with an additional 15 minutes focused specifically on the cheekbones and eye area to enhance definition, firmness, and visible lifting.
